CSP ADT is part of the UAE Maritime Cluster, an umbrella for the local and federal government and private organisations in the maritime sector. In cooperation with students from maritime academies, we contribute to the Emiratisation of leadership positions, leading to the creation of a new generation of maritime professionals. We support the UAE Maritime Cluster’s business incubator for young entrepreneurs and its platform for research and development that brings together the academic and
scientific competencies of the maritime sector in the UAE.
We have clear Emiratisation goals and advocate development-oriented policies that stimulate productivity and creation of high-quality skills. We aim to grow the number of Emiratis with technical and vocational talent and provide training programs that attract high school and university graduates. We train them in engineering and logistics operations and encourage them to gain valuable work experience at CSP ADT.
